JARU #3 NATIVE TITLE CLAIM NOTICE OF AUTHORISATION MEETING

WHERE: Shire Civic Hall, Halls Creek

WHEN: 8.30am – 4.30pm on Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th October 2023

This is an important meeting for the Jaru native title holders and any other persons who assert native title rights and interests in part of the Ord River Regeneration Reserve unclaimed area (shown in blue on the map below). The purpose of the meeting is to make decisions about authorising a new native title claim and consent determination of native title over this area and other related decisions.
