Claim history:
The Nyul Nyul claim is a proposed new application which includes at least part of the Beagle Bay reserve. The KLC was approached by the Nyul Nyul people in 2006 to assist them in pursuing the native title claim.
An anthropological report has been prepared and it is expected the Nyul Nyul claim will be lodged with the National Native Title Tribunal by the end of 2010.
